Shipping policy

Orders submitted on our website are subject to product availability and are sent in accordance with DrinkRequest's shipping standards. If your order does not arrive, you must notify us of the missing products within 30 days of receiving the shipment confirmation e-mail. 

Orders are completed and shipped by licensed retailers from the state of California. Please keep in mind that DrinkRequest.com is working hard to bring more Retailers into our delivery project in order to expand service to new areas. We urge you to keep checking in with us to see if the product(s) you're looking for are now available to be sent to your area.

Any order requires an adult signature from the receiver. The shipping company will not leave a package without an adult signature. Using a company or office address will ease delivery by allowing an adult to be there to sign for and take custody of the parcel.
